■ Making a reservation
Reservations can still be made through our website as usual.
Booking confirmation emails will also be sent as normal.

■ Our request when booking
Due to this issue, the system may accept bookings that exceed the number of remaining seats shown on the booking calendar.
When booking, please be sure to check the number of remaining seats for each course and book no more participants than the seats available.

■ If a course becomes overbooked
If a reservation exceeds the course capacity, we will contact you to discuss changes to the excess bookings.

We will post another notice once the system has been restored.
