GWO Blended-Learning Basic Safety Training Cours (BL-BST)Blended-Learning Basic Safety Training Course
The BST (Basic Safety Training) course, delivered through a blended learning system, consists of five modules: First Aid (FA), Manual Handling (MH), Working at Height (WAH), Fire Awareness (FAW), and Sea Survival (SS).
Through a combination of theoretical instruction provided via online learning (e-learning) and practical training conducted face-to-face at our training center, participants receive training in safety management at wind power facilities and the fundamental procedures for evacuation and rescue required in emergency situations. Participants will acquire, in Japanese or English, the knowledge and skills necessary to act proactively in various situations and protect their own safety and health.
After making a reservation for the course through our website, participants will be able to access the e-learning platform four weeks prior to the start date of the practical training at our training center.
Please note: Participants must complete the e-learning modules before the start of the practical training. Otherwise, they will not be permitted to participate in the practical training.

The blended course will be available from June onward. Applications will be accepted from March 9.
(Until the end of May, the conventional course will be offered, in which both classroom lectures and practical training must be taken at our training center.)
The Japanese course and the English course are offered as separate courses.
When making a reservation through the booking calendar, the course name displayed may differ, so please check carefully before booking.
When reserving the BL-BST course, there is a section asking whether you wish to take the SS (Sea Survival) module. Please indicate whether you would like to attend the SS module.- In the practical training, Manual Handling and Working at Height are conducted together as a single combined module.
- Participant's weight must be 120 kg or less. If the participant's weight exceeds 120 kg unfortunately they cannot participate in this course.

GWO Wind Limited Access Course (WLA)Wind Limited Access
The Wind Limited Access (WLA) Course is a safety training program designed for individuals who visit wind turbine facilities for purposes other than operational or maintenance work, such as site visits, short-term supervision, or media coverage. By completing this course, participants will be permitted to access wind turbine facilities under the supervision of a qualified person who has completed the GWO BST training.

The WLA course will be available from June, and applications will be accepted from March 9.
Japanese and English courses are offered separately.
When reserving the WLA course, you will be asked to select either training for access to onshore wind turbine facilities only (On-Shore: ONL) or training that allows access to offshore wind turbine facilities (Off-Shore: OFL). Please select the option corresponding to your desired training.- Participant's weight must be 120 kg or less. If the participant's weight exceeds 120 kg unfortunately they cannot participate in this course.

GWO Basic Safety Training (BST)
The Basic Safety Training course consists of five modules: First Aid, Manual Handling, Working at Heights, Fire Awareness, and Sea Survival. Through both classroom and practical training, participants learn about safety management in wind power facilities, basic evacuation and rescue procedures during emergencies, and acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to proactively protect their own safety and health in various situations. The course is available in Japanese or English.

This course will end in May 2026, and from June onward the BST-R course will be offered only as blended training.
The Japanese course and the English course will be offered as separate courses.
When making a reservation via the calendar,
please carefully check the course name, as the names will appear differently.- Working at Heights and Manual Handling are combined into a single module.
- Participant's weight must be 120 kg or less. If the participant's weight exceeds 120 kg unfortunately they cannot participate in this course.
- The difference between BST4 and BST5 is the inclusion of Sea Survival (SS) in BST5.

Starting from October 2025, the course will be offered simply as the BST course, rather than as BST4 or BST5.
When making your reservation,
there will be a section asking whether you wish to take the Sea Survival (SS) module.
Please make sure to indicate your preference regarding SS participation.

GWO Advanced Rescue Training (ART)
The Advanced Rescue Training Course is an advanced level of the Basic Safety Training Course and the Working at Heights module. Through both theoretical and practical training, participants learn rescue techniques using standard rescue equipment in wind power facilities. The course covers the knowledge and skills needed for rescues in confined spaces, and it is available in both Japanese and English.

The GWO Basic Technical Training Course consists of five modules: Electrical, Mechanical, Bolt Tightening, Hydraulic, and Installation. This course provides participants with essential training in electrical, mechanical, bolt tightening, hydraulic, and installation work, establishing a knowledge and technical foundation that enables companies to conduct site-specific training tailored to their operational needs.

GWO Enhanced First Aid Training course (EFA)
The Enhanced First Aid Training Course is an advanced training extension of the Basic Safety Training First Aid Module. Through classroom and practical training, you can acquire the knowledge and skills in Japanese or English to provide continuous medical assistance to sick or injured persons at wind power facilities, until professional emergency medical services arrive.

This is a certification renewal course for those who have already taken the above course.
First-time participants cannot take this course.

GWO Blended Learning Refresher Course (BL-BST-R)Blended-Learning Basic Safety Training Refresher course
This is a BST Refresher (certification renewal) course delivered through blended learning, combining theoretical training via online learning (e-learning) with practical training conducted face-to-face at our training center.
This certification renewal course is intended for participants who have previously completed the BST course. Therefore, those taking the BST course for the first time are not eligible to attend.
After making a reservation through our website, you will be able to access the e-learning page from four weeks before the start date of the practical training at our training center.
Please note: You must complete the e-learning before the start of the practical training; otherwise, you will not be allowed to participate in the practical training.
The course can be taken in Japanese or English starting two months before the renewal deadline of the previously completed course.
(In this case, the certification will be extended for two years from the renewal deadline of the previous course.)

- The difference between BST4-R and BST5-R is the inclusion of the Sea Survival (SS) module.
